SPRING, EARLY SUMMER AND FALL...
Many people believe the best time to visit Leelanau County is before, or after, the busy weeks of summer. You have the place to yourself and can enjoy the "Land of Delight" in a quieter fashion. Bike tours are more leisurely with less traffic. The best crop of Petoskey stones are found early in the season. This is also a great time for family reunions, as we have more openings and are able to accomodate large groups.
Fall turns this already beautiful countryside into a spectacular display of color. Stop by a farmers' market for your Halloween pumpkins and Indian corn. Whether you hunt with a rifle, bow or camera, the opportunities are great all around us.
