The Homestead Resort is an exclusive resort community located on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan's Sleeping Bear Bay. This waterfront playground is in the middle of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, near the small resort town of Glen Arbor. The Homestead sits amidst 220 acres of wooded land, on over a mile and a half of Lake Michigan beach, with the Crystal River winding through the resort. South Beach is a condominium complex at the south end of the resort. Its quiet location is away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort. South Beach 20 is a ground level, one bedroom unit just steps away from the expansive sandy beach. This condominium has a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and full bath. The unit has been completely refurbished and has a light, cheerful feel. This is a no smoking unit.
