Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a 50% deposit to hold the cottage with the balance of the rental amount paid in full 30 day prior to arrival. A check is required for payment since we do not take credit cards. When making a reservation for summer 2010, you MUST cancel 90 days or more prior to your arrival date to receive your deposit back (less a $50 cancellation fee). Reservations for Spring and Fall stays require a 30 day cancellation notice, prior to date of arrival, to receive your deposit back (less the cancellation fee). All Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If the property is re-rented at the full rental rate, a deposit refund is made less the cancellation charge of $50. If you are concerned that something may come up where you may have to cancel, we recommend that you purchase vacation insurance through an agency.
